State police at the Frackville barracks reported the following incidents:

• Lamont White, 56, of McAdoo, was charged with violation of a Protection From Abuse court order after police were called to Center Street in Kline Township at 3:34 p.m. on Sept. 26.

Police said a 38-year-old woman from Kelayres reported that White entered her residence in direct violation of the order. He fled the scene, but was taken into custody at a Luzerne County motel.

Following arraignment, he failed to post $5,000 bail and was committed to the Schuylkill County Prison, Pottsville.

• Rape allegations by a 23-year-old Frackville man are under investigation.

Police said they were called to the State Correctional Institute at Frackville, Altamont Boulevard, Ryan Township.

The assault that was recently reported is alleged to have occurred in 2013, and the investigation is being done in accordance with the Prison Rape Elimination Act, police said.
