State police at the Fogelsville barracks reported the following crash/incident:

• An 18-year-old New Tripoli man is facing charges of driving under the influence of alcohol after a one-vehicle crash at 11:14 p.m. Sept. 20 on King’s Highway, Lynn Township.

Police said he was driving a 2005 Chevrolet Trailblazer at the time. He was transported to the Lehigh County Central Booking Center for fingerprinting and processing after the crash.

They said he had suspected minor injuries but refused emergency medical services treatment.

The vehicle was towed from the scene.

• Police said an 18-year-old New Tripoli man was charged with retail theft (shoplifting) after they were called to Golden Key Road, Weisenberg Township, at 5:06 p.m. Sept. 20.

They did not say whether the suspect is the same person who was involved in the crash reported above, but did say a 2005 Chevrolet was involved in the incident.
