Brian C. Keil, 24, of White Haven, was uninjured when the vehicle he was driving struck a deer at 2:24 p.m. Aug. 10 at Interstate 80 mile marker 275.8 in Kidder Township, police said.

State police at the Pocono barracks said he was driving a 2023 Cadillac eastbound and was passing a tractor-trailer when the Cadillac hit the deer that had entered its travel lane.
