Betty Dolly, 53, of Tamaqua, is facing charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance after a traffic, state police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks said.

She was stopped at 1:11 a.m. Aug. 1 in a 1999 Saturn for a traffic violation in the 300 block of Mill Creek Avenue, East Norwegian Township, after which police said that she showed signs of impairment.
