State police at the Frackville barracks reported the following incidents:

• Police were called to a theft by deception incident on West Ridge Street in Coaldale.

They said a 37-year-old Coaldale man reported that fraudulent charges were found on his debit card. They were made between May 26-30.

• Police were summoned to the State Correctional Institution at Frackville, Altamont Boulevard, Ryan Township, at 7:05 a.m. July 24 for a report of a Prison Rape Elimination Act violation.

They said the victim is a 37-year-old man from Frackville.

• A 92-year-old Coaldale woman reported a burglary at 2:06 p.m. July 25.

She told police someone entered her unoccupied residence on East Phillips Street through a rear cellar door.

Police did not say if anything was taken, but reported that the door was damaged.

• Daishawn Conklin, 19, of Coaldale, is facing charges of robbery, theft, receiving stolen property and harassment following a domestic-related incident police responded to at 4:44 p.m. July 26 on West Earley Avenue in Coaldale.

Police said a warrant has been issued for his arrest.

They said a 19-year-old woman from Coaldale told them that she and Conklin were involved in an argument that turned physical. She said Conklin shoved her and took her cellphone before from running from the scene.
