State police at the Pocono barracks reported the following incidents that occurred on the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike:
• Rosa Morales of Philadelphia was cited for the display of fraudulent inspection stickers on a 2011 Dodge Charger that was stopped at mile marker 76.6 in Franklin Township at 9:51 a.m. July 4, police said.
When they stopped the car for having an improperly mounted license plate, police discovered the car had fraudulent annual and emission inspection stickers.
Victims in the incident are Monro Inc., Wexford, and the Paul Hurst Garage, Ephrata.
• Yuri Toderiko, 42, of Philadelphia, was charged with theft of services after police made a traffic stop at 1:29 p.m. July 7 in Franklin Township.
Police said they stopped him driving a flatbed trailer that displayed a fraudulent registration from Illinois. They said the plate was issued to a Tesla vehicle.
Toderiko also faces summary violations, police said.
• Cinthia Medina, 28, of Philadelphia, was charged with theft and summary traffic violations after police made a traffic stop at 6:52 p.m. July 6 in Washington Township.
Police said they stopped a 2019 Chevrolet Equinox for a registration violation and determined the license plate on the car was reported stolen in Philadelphia. They said Medina is the owner of and was a passenger in the vehicle.
The victim in the case is a 32-year-old woman from East Norriton.
