State police at the Lehighton barracks reported the following incidents:
• A 46-year-old Lehighton woman is facing charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance following a traffic stop police made at 9:41 p.m. July 6.
She was stopped in a 2012 Kia Forte for a Motor Vehicle Code violation on South Second Street in Lehighton.
• A 34-year-old Brodheadsville man is facing charges of driving under the influence of alcohol after police made a traffic stop at 2:43 a.m. July 5.
He was stopped in a 2013 Chevrolet Cruze for a Motor Vehicle Code violation on Route 209 in Chestnuthill Township.
• A 50-year-old man and a 49-year-old woman, from Palmerton, were cited for harassment by physical contact after police responded to a domestic disturbance in their common residence at 11:25 p.m. July 4.
It occurred on Towhee Drive in Lower Towamensing Township.
They are listed as both arrestees and victims in the incident report.
• Tyler Jenkins, 26, of Jim Thorpe, was arrested on a charge of assault (serious bodily injury) following an incident at 8:24 p.m. June 28 on Porter Drive, Penn Forest Township.
Police did not provide the details of the incident except to say the victim is a 24-year-old man from Wilkes-Barre.
• Jacob Shorkey, 42, of Gilbert, was arrested for assault with bodily injury after police responded to a domestic incident at 5:30 p.m. June 25 on Interchange Road in Polk Township.
Police said a 38-year-old woman from Kunkletown was physically assaulted by Shorkey.
