State police at Frackville

State police at the Frackville barracks reported the following incidents:

• A 42-year-old woman from Barnesville is the possible victim of a Protection From Abuse court order violation that was reported to police at 6:50 p.m. June 11.

The resident of Barnesville Drive, Ryan Township, told police she received unwanted text messages she believed came from her ex-boyfriend.

• Police were called to an illegal dumping incident at 7:02 p.m. May 26 at the intersection of the Brandonville and Craigs roads in Mahanoy Township, resulting in the arrest of a 25-year-old Wilkes-Barre man.

The suspect, police said, allegedly discarded a cardboard box for a refrigerator and plastic on the side of the roadway of the property, which is owned by Reading Anthracite, Pottsville.

• Police were called to a criminal mischief incident on East Ridge Street, Coaldale, at 11:05 a.m. June 12.

A 69-year-old woman from Brooklyn, New York, reported someone punctured the four tires on her Volkswagen Jetta.

The estimated damage was listed at $650, police said.

• Police were called to a trespassing incident and theft at a property on Park Place Road, Mahanoy Township, at 10:43 a.m. May 27.

Police said an unknown actor trespassed on mine property and stole six fuel filters valued at $55 before then driving heavy machinery without authorization.

The victim was listed as Ash Resources, Schuylkill Haven. The incident reportedly occurred between 1:40 p.m. May 23 and 6:45 a.m. May 27.

• An 18-year-old man and a 42-year-old man, both from Coaldale, were cited for harassment by physical contact after police were called to a domestic violence report at 8:26 p.m. June 14 on East Phillips Street, Coaldale.

Both men are listed as arrestees and victims of the incident.

• A 49-year-old Coaldale man was cited for criminal mischief after police were called to an incident at 9:30 p.m. June 14 on West Earley Avenue, Coaldale.

Police said a 40-year-old woman from Coaldale reported the man threw rocks at her vehicle, resulting in its front passenger window being smashed.

The damage was $613.72, police said.
