State police at the Bureau of Gaming, Mount Airy casino, Paradise Township, reported Anthony Fischer, 33, of Saylorsburg, was cited for an incident at 2:20 a.m. May 28.

Police said that Fischer entered and remained in the casino despite being not authorized or privileged to be in it as a result of a five-year exclusion dated Dec. 28, 2021.
