The Jim Thorpe Sports Hall of Fame will hold its “Family Style Rafting” trip on the Lehigh on Saturday, June 28. The day of whitewater rafting on the Lehigh River includes eight miles of whitewater rafting, an all-you-can-eat bbq lunch (hot dogs, fruit, potato salad, chips, lemonade and water), professional river guides, all necessary equipment and shuttles to/from the river. All proceeds from the event will go to the Jim Thorpe Sports Hall of Fame and its Student Athletic Scholarship Program.
