State police at the Fern Ridge barracks reported the following incidents:

• Christopher Keiper, 30, of Reeders, was cited for harassment by physical contact after police responded to an altercation at 10:56 a.m. May 10 on Mountain Spring Drive, Jackson Township.

Police said a 57-year-old woman from Stroudsburg reported Keiper pushed and punched her.

• Police responded to a suicide attempt at 4:47 a.m. May 11 on Mountain Road, Penn Forest Township.

They said the incident involving a 26-year-old man from Albrightsville is under investigation.

• A business at 1830 Route 209, Chestnuthill Township, was cited for disorderly conduct after police were called there for an alarm activation at 6:17 p.m. May 2.

Police at the Fern Ridge barracks said it was the sixth time they had to go there for a false alarm.

• Kathryn Volovski, 62, of Jim Thorpe, was cited for simple trespass after police responded to an incident at 3:29 p.m. April 27 at 29 Apache Way, Penn Forest Township.

Police said the victim is a 60-year-old man from Jim Thorpe.

According to police, Kathryn Volovski climbed through a basement window of the home to unlock the front door and leave their autistic son inside the residence unattended until the ex-husband returned home.
