State police at Bethlehem

State police at the Bethlehem barracks reported the following incidents:

• Vikmania Arvelo, 27, and Robinson Soto Navaro, 25, both of Slatington, are facing drug possession charges after police made a traffic stop at 10:26 p.m., March 26.

They were stopped in a 2015 Chevrolet on Route 22 in Hanover Township, and had marijuana, police said.

• Police responded to a check fraud at The Neffs National Bank, 5629 Route 873, North Whitehall Township, at 2:41 p.m. March 19. Police said Kimberly Andrews, 43, of Parryville, stole an account with a balance of $830.84 and an account valued at $474.13.

• A 48-year-old Laurys Station man called police about someone scattering rubbish on Neffs Laurys Road, North Whitehall Township, at 9:46 a.m. April 8. He told police someone on two occasions deposited a garbage bag full of batteries and several slabs of concrete on his property.

• Police were called to the theft of a registration plate from a vehicle at Best Station Road, Washington Township, at 2:17 p.m. April 14. Police said the plate was reported stolen off a salvage truck owned by Alan’s Auto Parts, Slatington.
