State police at the Lehighton barracks reported the following crashes:

• Police responded to a hit-and-run incident at 4:01 p.m. April 29 on Long Mountain Road, Polk Township.

They said it occurred when a vehicle traveling south lost tree limbs from its bed that traveled into the northbound lane and struck a 2020 Honda Accord operated by Charles F. Trotti, 78, of Brooklyn, New York. Police said the southbound vehicle left the scene.

They said the Accord had functional damages.

• No one was injured in a one-vehicle crash at 5:28 p.m. April 29 on West Lizard Creek Road, East Penn Township.

Police said a 2024 GMC Denali was westbound and negotiating a left curve when the driver under-compensated. The vehicle left the road and hit a sign.

The vehicle, police said, was able to be driven from the scene.

• Kira M. Graziano, 31, of Scranton, is facing charges of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance and unsafe driving after a one-vehicle crash at 11:52 p.m. May 3 on Interchange Road in Towamensing Township. She was uninjured in the incident.

Police said she was driving a 2021 Honda northbound when the car failed to maintain its lane of travel, drove onto the southern shoulder and struck a utility pole, shearing it in half. The car then exited the southern shoulder and slid sideways for about 50 feet, landing in the front yard of a residence.

Police said the Honda was towed from the scene.
