The identity of a man who died in a two-vehicle motor vehicle crash in Jackson Township Monday afternoon has been released.

Monroe County Coroner Tom Yanac Jr. identified the man as Jamie Franks, 52, of Chestnuthill Township.

Yanac said Franks was pronounced dead on scene at 4:16 p.m. after the crash on Route 715.

State police are investigating the incident.
