Bowmanstown Borough Council took the following action last week:

• Approved $5,295 for a double wall pipe for the drain that needs replacement on Fireline Road.

• Will purchase a new extension ladder at a cost up to $1,500.

• Announced that street sweeping will likely be scheduled for the week of April 22.
