West Penn Township supervisors took the following action Monday morning:

• Adopted a resolution waiving member contributions to the police pension for 2024.

• Adopted a resolution to conditionally approve the Valeria Seroka three-lot subdivision for property located on Forsythia Lane (private drive) off Archery Club Road in the Agricultural Zoning District, contingent on ARRO’s comment letter dated Feb. 21, Bill Brior’s comments, and Schuylkill County Planning Commission comments being satisfied, along with the fee-in lieu of requirement for open space/recreation.

• Appointed Karen Wittig as pension administrator.

• Agreed to advertise for the 2024 bituminous seal coat bid.
