The Tamaqua Senior Citizens met on March 7 with 29 members present.

President Jean Machamer opened the meeting. The invocation was “An Irish Blessing.”

Member Pat Fredericks will celebrate a birthday in March. A bus trip to Mohegan Sun Casino in Wilkes-Barre is March 19.

Bingo and cards were played.

The seniors meet at 1 p.m. every Thursday at the Coaldale Complex. Anyone 55 and older is invited to attend.
