The Pleasant Valley School District approved the conditions of the 2023 Property Tax Rebate Program at their meeting on Jan. 25.

The rebate will benefit real estate owners with incomes up to $35,000 annually.

The program offers up to $650 in rebate dollars for residents with an annual income up to $8,000. The rebate decreases as the income increases. The remaining income to rebate ratio is as follows:

• $8,001 to $15,000: $500;

• $15,001 to $18,000: $300, and;

• $18,001 to $35,000: $250.
