Mahoning Township supervisors took the following action at its end-of-year meeting on Wednesday:

• Accepted the resignation of Ronald Wenrich from the zoning hearing board.

• On a 4-0 vote, with one abstention, appointed Andrew Wenrich to the zoning hearing board. Supervisor Ronald Wenrich abstained. That came after a motion to appoint Gaige Accardi to the seat, which was unsuccessful due to the lack of a second motion.

• Accepted the resignation of Mark Schwalm from the planning commission.

• Appointed Jeff Hill to the planning commission.

• Approved the following for the Hammel/Stern subdivision: a waiver request on stormwater until they decide what type of building they will put up; granted conditional approval of the minor subdivision upon condition that all items be addressed from the LTL Consultants review letter of Dec. 12; and tabled the planning modules.
