Dimmick hosts first Comic-Con

On July 27, The Dimmick Memorial Library hosted the first ever Dimmick Library Comic-Con. The event was inspired by annual pop-culture celebrations like San Diego Comic-Con. The library’s inaugural event featured presentations on cosplay and modern board games, a retro video game station, beginners’ Dungeons and Dragons sessions, and activities for kids.
