Bowmanstown Borough Council took the following action recently:

• Agreed to have council President Pam Leiby, township solicitor Lisa Pereira, and township secretary Tracy Csrenko review the context of the post office ground lease and commission agreement.

• Announced that the bid package for 2024 has been looked into.

• Rescinded the waiver council gave to the property at 709 Mill St.

• Borough engineer Jessica Rehrig announced that Benesch Engineering has filed the MS-4 water sample test results to issue with the next reporting year.

• Rehrig announced that Benesch staked the curb line along Green Street for the property at 600 Lime St.

• Rehrig said she viewed the roadway at 290 Craig St. and recommended the borough monitor the pavement condition until spring, and if needed, tack coat and sand could be applied to seal off the area.
