State police at the Pocono barracks released an incident report about the fatal crash on Friday on the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike.

Branden David Lampman, 36, of Harrison Valley, was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

The other driver was Christopher Richard Be, 44, of Coplay.

Police said the crash happened at 12:12 p.m. when Lampman’s vehicle became disabled and was in the right lane of the turnpike while traveling northbound. They said a vehicle operated by Be hit the rear-end of Lampman’s car.

No other details of the crash were reported by police.
