It appears that Coaldale Borough Council will have one new member, according to unofficial results from the Schuylkill County Election Bureau.
Tallies show that Republican newcomer Kim Gavornik has secured one of the four seats available.
Incumbents Wayne Figner, a Republican, Clare Remington, a Democrat, and Yvonne Stoffey, who cross-filed, will retain their seats. Newcomer and Republican A. Kirk Waidell was narrowly knocked out.

The seats have 4-year terms.
