Northern Lehigh area candidates on the ballot:

School Board (4-year): Five seats are open. Candidates who are running are incumbent Gale Husack (cross-filed); incumbent Mathias Green (cross-filed), incumbent Republican Robert Kern Jr., incumbent Republican Donna Kulp, incumbent Republican Natalie Snyder, Democrat Angela Williams, and Democrat Glenn Williams.

Slatington Borough (4-year): Four seats are open. Candidates who are running are incumbent Democrat Thomas Bartholomew, incumbent Republican Bryon Reed, incumbent Republican Kevin Steckel, Democrat Kris Burek, Democrat Ryan Mayberry, Republican Walter Niedermeyer and Republican David Schnaars. There is also a 2-year term for tax collector. Incumbent Jon Rinker is the candidate.

Walnutport Borough (4-year): incumbent Democrats Michael Gaston, Harold C. Greene and David Stankovic are up for three seats.

Lehigh Township (two 6-year; one 2-year): Candidates who are running unopposed are incumbents Republican Cindy Miller, Democrat Phillip Gogel, and Michael F. Jones (cross-filed).

Washington Township (6-year): Thomas F. Dengler (cross-filed) is unopposed.

County Commissioners (4-year): Four seats are open. Candidates include Democrat Sheila Alvarado, Republican Gary Fedorcha, incumbent Democrat Dan Hartzell, Democrat Jon Irons, Republican Paul Moat, Democrat April Riddick, Republican Jacqueline Rivera, and Republican Rita Sisselberger.

County Controller (4-year): . Candidates are incumbent Democrat Mark Pinsley and Republican Robert E. Smith Jr.

County Coroner (4-year): Candidates include incumbent Democrat Daniel Buglio and Republican Joseph Zitarelli.

Magisterial District Judge (6-year): Candidates include Democrat Julie Tamerler and incumbent Republican Michael J. Faulkner.
