The 65th annual convention of the Pennsylvania State Tax Collectors Association was held Oct. 20-21 at the Pittsburgh Marriott North. Attendees from Carbon County included Pauline F. Homm, Mahoning Township and Mary E. Strohl, Lehighton Borough.
