Seventy-one Carbon County youths will undergo preinduction physical examinations at Wilkes-Barre on Tuesday, Dec. 16, preparatory to enrollment in the Armed Forces, it was announced today by Selective Service headquarters in the Hotel American.

They will board Mauch Chunk Transportation Company buses in front of the hotel in Market Square at 7 a.m. on that date.
