Fresh water is being pumped into the Tamaqua community swimming pool, which was nearly filled to the top late Thursday, just hours after work crews spent a day removing 400,000 gallons of mud from Tuesday's storm. The next step will be to achieve a chemical balance before the pool can be reopened to the public in the coming days.
