Summit Hill Borough is now in a State of Emergency and the Snow Emergency Plan is in effect. Cars must be moved off the South and East sides of the streets and there is no parking in any alleys. There is a vehicle travel restriction as well. No unauthorized vehicles may be on any Borough street.
