A free children's ministry training workshop will be held at Faith Alive United Methodist Church, 678 Pine St., Palmerton, from 8:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday.

Some of the subjects that will be covered are preparing and presenting a Bible lesson, applications for today's child, discipline helps and more.The workshop will be presented by Carol Hoover from Child Evangelism Fellowship of Eastern PA Inc. in conjunction with CEF of Carbon-Lehigh counties.
