Travis Kunkle, poster child for the Northeastern Pennsylvania Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, will hold its first public appearance at the foundation's opening of a new office in Whitehall on Monday. He is the 4-year-old son of David and Connie Kunkle of Palmerton R. 1. He was diagnosed at birth to be a victim of cystic fibrosis. The Northeastern Pennsylvania Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation comprises a 15 county area.
