• Mahoning Township supervisors took the following action last week:

• Granted approval to Lehigh Valley Carbon Campus to add two parking lot directional signs to improve their patients’ parking nearer the appropriate entrance for their visit.

• Approved waivers for the Behavioral Health Land Development concerning stormwater management, as well sections of the Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance. A public hearing will be held at 5:30 p.m. July 12.

• Approved a resolution adding about 66 acres of land on Twin Hill Road to ag security.

• Tabled a request from Ralph Herbst at 1820 Mahoning Drive East for an exemption from real property taxes approved by Pennsylvania State Veterans Commission.
