State police at the Bethlehem barracks were summoned to a property on Orchard Road in North Whitehall Township at 6:55 p.m. June 8 to investigate a case of a missing or misplaced gun and wallet.
Police said the complainant told them he last remembered seeing his gun in his vehicle but looked for it on June 5 and could not locate it. Police said the man did not know if the wallet and gun were taken from the vehicle or if they were misplaced and said there is no evidence a theft occurred at the scene.
The $120 wallet had debit, credit and business cards in it. The gun is described as being a Sturm, Ruger and Co. LC9S valued at $240.
