Northern Lehigh School Board last week approved an agreement with its administrative support staff.

Effective March 1, the agreement amends the starting salaries for Administrative Support Staff classifications to add tiered positions for the technology department as follows, beginning July 1 of each year of the agreement:

• Clerk Typist, 2023, $33,750, 2024, $34,250; 2025, $35,000; 2026, $35,500.

• Admin Secretary Bookkeeper II: 2023, $35,750; 2024, $36,250; 2025, $37,000; 2026, $37,500.

• Technology Support Tech Level I: 2023, $40,750-$44,750; 2024, $41,250-$45,250; 2025, $42,000-$46,000; 2026, $42,500-$46,500.

• Systems Technician Level II: 2023, $48,750-$52,750; 2024, $49,250-$53,250; 2025, $50,000-$54,000; 2026, $50,500-$54,500.

The starting salaries will remain in effect for the duration of the agreement.

The Systems Coordinator and Bookkeeper I positions that are yet to be determined will be negotiated at the time of hire.

In a related matter, the board on Tuesday agreed to administratively transfer Kyle Kreamer to the Level 2 Systems Technician position approved in the Administration Support Staff Memorandum of Understanding, effective March 1.
