Towamensing Township roadmaster Scott Mosier acknowledged the following people for their input and expertise in the construction of the Owl Creek Bridge: Rick Guyn for advice and contact information, Mike Tirpak of Carbon Engineering for his help throughout the entire project and the outstanding work performed by crew members Jason Costenbader, Brian Thomas, Gary Anthony and Ryan Campbell. Township employees rebuilt the entire bridge. It reopened Sept. 22.
