The Northern Lehigh School Board approved the following curriculum and instruction matters last week:

• Entered an agreement with EdInsight for 10 hours of consulting services at a cost of $2,500, to be funded through Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Fund with 7% set aside for social emotional learning.

• Entered an agreement with Apple Tree Educational Associates LLC to provide bilingual school psychologist services to assist the Special Education Department with bilingual assessments and student evaluations, with the rate of pay $1,600 per student evaluation.

• Larry Meixsell, helping teacher for Jay Ohland, inductee, $400 (split half-year); Jason Graver, helping teacher for Ohland, $400 (split half-year); Allison Chruscial, helping teacher for Maria Schaffer, inductee, $200; MaryAnn Mattiola, helping teacher, for Jenna Martin, inductee, $400 (split stipend); and Manuel Gonzalez, helping teacher, for Jenna Martin, inductee, $400, (split stipend) in the Northern Lehigh School District Induction Program for the 2022-2023 school year.
