A date for commencement exercises has been established for the Northern Lehigh High School Class of 2022.

The school board on Monday approved graduation to be held at 7 p.m. June 3 in Bulldog Community Stadium.

Superintendent Matthew J. Link said the rain date is June 4, at a time to be determined.

“We’re not going to lock in now whether it’s going to be the morning or the evening depending what weather may look like the day before or the evening before,” Link said.

Last year, the district held a traditional graduation ceremony.

In 2020, two separate commencement ceremonies were held due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
