Carbon Lodge No. 242, F. & A.M., Jim Thorpe, recently elected Michael J. Butrie of Lehighton as its 1995 Worshipful Master.

In addition, the following officers were elected: senior warden, Philip Gasker, Albrightsville; junior warden, Harold R. Henry, Nesquehoning; treasurer, Casper B. Tracey Jr., Albrightsville; and secretary, William A. Schlecht, Jim Thorpe.

Carbon Lodge has 150 members and is one of 505 Masonic lodges in Pennsylvania with a total membership of 160,000 Freemasons.
