The Coaldale-Lansford-Summit Hill Joint Sewer Authority, currently paying in excess of $35,000 in Pennsylvania Power and Light Company fees, is exploring the windmill idea as its main source of power, with consulting engineer Ronald M. Tirpak of Carbon Engineering firm, Summit Hill, doing the preliminary studies.
