The Summit Hill Historical Society has opened the next round of the popular Hometown Heroes banner program to continue honoring the many veterans of the town.

The banners will replace the current ones hanging on the main streets of town in time for the 2020 Memorial Day Parade. The cost is $200.

Applications can be picked up at the Summit Hill Borough office or by emailing sara@14acrefarm.com. The next monthly Historical Society meeting will be held at 146 W. Ludlow St. at 7 p.m. on Wednesday.

This will be the last public meeting of the year.
