The Carbon County salary board voted on the following personnel items:

• Change the rate of one tipstaff in court administration from $99.12 per day to $102.90 per day, effective July 28.• Change the rate of one district justice secretary II in the district justice's office from $15.41 per hour to $12.90 per hour, effective July 2.• Change the rate of one department clerk I in the district justice's office from $10.62 per hour to $9.72 per hour, effective July 2.• Change the rate of one part-time county detective in the district attorney's office from $15.98 per hour to $16.47 per hour, effective July 7.• Change the rate of one part-time legal secretary in the district attorney's office from $10.83 per hour to $10.21 per hour, effective July 17.• Change the rate of one part-time licensing clerk in the treasurer's office from $10.21 per hour to $10.51 per hour, effective July 14.• Establish the position of one county caseworker II in Children and Youth Services at $15.07 per hour, effective July 7.• Abolish the position of county caseworker I in Children and Youth Services at $13.67 per hour, effective July 7.• Change the rate of one seasonal park ranger I in the Parks department from $13.05 per hour to $11.26 per hour, effective July 2.• Change the salary of one full-time assistant public defender from $51,500 per year to $54,106 per year, effective Aug. 3.
