Schuylkill County Judge Cyrus Palmer Dolbin on Monday revoked the parole of Latia Matrician, 22, of Tamaqua, on May 5 after she violated the terms of the program.
Matrician won't receive any credit for her 51 days of liberty, bringing her release date to June 17, 2016, followed by 12 months of probation. She can again apply for parole on Sept. 1.Judge John Domalakes, who presided over a May 4 hearing, said he would consider parole earlier if Matrician is accepted into an inpatient substance abuse rehabilitation program.Tamaqua police charged Matrician with two counts of manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, criminal use of a communication facility, and intent to possess a controlled substance by a person not registered stemming from a May 23, 2013, incident.Police also filed the same charges plus a charge of endangering welfare of children parent/guardian/other commits offense from a May 15, 2013, incident.
