The Carbon Planning Commission met Tuesday afternoon in Jim Thorpe and rejected the preliminary plan of the Oscar Shafer Trailer Park development along the Lentz Trail in Jim Thorpe.

The firm, meanwhile, is threatened with a fine of $5,000 for non-compliance with the county's Subdivision Regulations Ordinance.
