The Carbon County Tax Claim Bureau will conduct its annual Public Upset Tax Sale at 10 a.m. on Friday in the commissioners' conference room, third floor, of the courthouse annex building in Jim Thorpe.

The purpose of the sale is to collect all unpaid taxes, municipal claims, and other relative costs.Anyone having any questions concerning this sale can contact the tax bureau office from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, or phone 570-325-3635.
