Schuylkill County commissioners on Wednesday hired four people for jobs at Rest Haven, the county nursing home.

They are Annabel Hall of Tamaqua and Laura Rodriguez of Pottsville as part-time nurses' aides at $12.69 an hour; Jennifer Lewis of Schuylkill Haven as a part-time housekeeper, laundry aide, and floor care technician at $9.74 an hour; and Charles Rushannon of Pottsville as a part-time storeroom clerk at $9.74 an hour.In other personnel changes, Daniel Fritz of Minersville resigned from his $54,389 a year job as full-time lieutenant at the county prison; Theresa Kimmel of Hegins resigned from her $17.47 an hour job as a part-time licensed practical nurse at Rest Haven; and Sheila Brandon of Pottsville resigned from her $12.69 an hour job as part-time nurses' aide, also at Rest Haven.Melanie Runkle of Schuylkill Haven was hired as a juvenile probation officer at $21.24 an hour.
