Foley, 28, of Lehighton, was driving a 2006 Dodge Caravan eastbound and attempted to negotiate a left hand curve in the road when he lost control of the van. The Caravan rolled over and onto the berm.

Hughart, 60, of Kunkletown, was driving a 2012 Ford Escape northbound. The front of Costenbader’s vehicle hit the rear of Hydro’s vehicle, causing it to spin clockwise and into the northbound lane and into the path of Hughart’s vehicle.

No one was injured. All three vehicles were towed. Troopers were assisted by volunteers from the Aquashicola and Towamensing fire companies.

Hydro was cited for following too closely.

Troopers said Charles D. Christman, 41, of Lehighton, was driving a 1991 Chevrolet Camaro eastbound on Pohopoco Drive when a vehicle pulled from the parking lot of the park into his path. Christman served to avoid a collision, entered the opposite lane of travel and collided with a 2008 BMW X3 driven by Ivan J. Pereira De Souza, 30, of Bethlehem. After the collision the driver that made the illegal entry fled the scene.

No one was injured but both vehicles were towed.

Pereira De Souza was cited for not having a valid license.

Clark, 23, of West Lawn, Berks County, was driving a 2000 Toyota Camry southbound at an increased rate of speed while James H. Hawk, 38, of Palmerton, driving a 2015 Toyota Tundra, was northbound.

Clark lost control on a left-hand curve and entered Hawk’s lane of travel. Hawk attempted to avoid a head-on collision, and veered off the road into a field. However, the driver’s side of the Camry struck the driver’s side of the Tundra.

No injuries were reported. Both vehicles were towed.

Clark was driving with a suspended license and was also cited for the crash.

The cart went onto the berm, rolled onto the passenger side and slid before coming to rest. Troopers said a passenger, a 13-year-old boy from Kutztown, suffered severe leg injuries while a 14-year-old girl from Souderton, Montgomery County, sustained a hand injury. Damages were minimal to the cart.
