Stanley Zabo of Lansford complained about debris on his neighbor's property in a unique manner.

He attended a meeting of Lansford Borough Council and presented a jar containing a brown garden-type snake. He said the snake "nearly bit my young daughter."Another neighbor, Martin Janis, said the property of which Zabo was complaining was also infested with rats. Janis substantiated the snake story.
