West End Relay For Life encourages all to walk

Left to right, Kathy Stewart, Kristen Carbrey, Megan Margretta, Denise Margretta, Stacey Correll and Michele Houston wore their best rainbow fashions for Rainbow Night at the West End Relay For Life meeting. Denise says she will be walking because she wants to fight cancer. Kristen has had several family members pass away from the disease, Megan's grandfather and aunt died from cancer, and they will be walking in honor of their memories. Kathy had leukemia, which has been in remission for seven years. Stacey is a cancer survivor and she and Michele (PV bus drivers) are also walking in memory of a co-worker, Susan Nissley, who lost her battle with cancer. They all will be walking with their teams at the event on June 2-3 at the Pleasant Valley stadium in Brodheadsville.
