Dr. Richard E. Miller, 242 East Broad St., recently attended the annual meeting of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists held in Washington, D.C., from May 10 to May 16.

Dr. Miller is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology since 1961, and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons as well as a Fellow of the College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
