A 30-year-old Fogelsville man is facing charges of violating a Protection From Abuse order after state police at Fogelsville were summoned to a residence along Allemaengel Road in Lynn Township.

The victim, a 28-year-old woman from New Tripoli, told police the accused violated a PFA order by sending texts to her between midnight and 11:59 p.m. July 8.
