State police at Bethlehem are investigating the death of a 55-year-old man from Albrightsville.
Troopers, who released information on the incident over the past weekend, said on Feb. 23 they were called to the Staybridge Suites, located at 1787A Airport Road, in Hanover Township, Lehigh County, for a man found deceased in a motel room.
The investigation revealed that several items including a duffel bag, cellphone, wallet and room key, all belonging to the deceased, were missing from the room. Alcohol and narcotics were also discovered in the room. The man, whose name was not released, may have solicited a prostitute before his death. The manner and cause of death is undetermined and is pending toxicology testing, troopers said.
